Titles & Qualifications
The three (3) gold winners of the Open/Women sections receive respectively the titles of:
2023 World Amateur Champion for the Under 2300 section
2023 World Amateur Champion for the Under 2000 section
2023 World Amateur Champion for the Under 1700” section
The three (3) gold winners of the Women sections receive respectively the titles of:
2023 World Women’s Amateur Champion for the Under 2300 section
2023 World Women’s Amateur Champion for the Under 2000 section
2023 World Women’s Amateur Champion for the Under 1700 section
The gold winners of each section for the Under 2300, Under 2000 & Under 1700 (in total 6 winners, Open and Women sections) also obtain a personal right qualification for the next FIDE World Amateur Championships, as long as they don't reach or exceed a FIDE rating of 2300, with free accommodation in double occupancy room & full board provided from the local Organizing Committee of the FIDE World Amateur Championships 2024.
FIDE titles shall be awarded in accordance with the current FIDE Handbook.
All players will receive certificates of participation.
